ABOUT NASFORCE
NASFORCE's mission is to provide our customers' IT department with "TIME" - time to handle the responsibilities that make our VRs (Virtual Residents) and VPS (Virtual Professional Services) company and staff successful and allow employees to focus on the core business. We work to meet our customers' needs so the IT staff works more efficiently. NASFORCE allows management to allocate already limited resources to business critical applications, which in turn will allow you to "increase the bottom line". NASFORCE will be the EMC NAS liaison, acting on behalf of you, with EMC's service and support (SAC) center. This will offload IT staff from the laborious task of EMC case tracking and problem solving. This unique relationship allows us to be a consultant, an administrator, a script writer, a liaison, a first level troubleshooter, a staff trainer and more. We can do this because we are not limited to one support person working with you. The blocks of our time are purchased based on our customers' monthly requirements. With a contract with us, you have a NASFORCE behind you to handle everything from crucial system impacting situations to day-to-day operations -- all at the same time.

NASFORCE, INC., was founded by two highly respected Storage Consultants with a combined twenty-five years of experience in the IT industry. They have remained consultants in an ever changing environment to help customers solve problems and meet business requirements. They and all members of the NASFORCE team chose this field because they enjoy helping customers achieve successful results and to provide solutions that address both technical and business needs. If you have a problem and/or need, NASFORCE will send in their special forces and find a solution.
